Group Sessions + Retreats
Group therapy is a great way to find healing in community. Groups and Retreats are offered on a seasonal basis.
Groups are a great way for individuals to heal in community with others that are going through similar struggles or searching for similar breakthrough. They will be offered seasonally, and on an as needed basis when there is enough interest. Let us know if you would be interested in attending an in-person or virtual group.
Are We There Yet?
Intimate Beach experience is happening this upcoming Fall 2024. This Retreat will be for 8-12 women who have been healing after betrayal for over one year. We will gather to share the victories of how far you have come and the struggles, triggers, and stuck places you are still facing.

Workshops are a great interactive teaching tool that allow me to attend your event or group through a mixture of teaching and small group discussion. We allow space throughout the workshop for groups to answer questions and get to know each other better.
